Corporate Registration Number: 9013301049812. We use corporate bank accounts and provide transparent documentation, optional third‑party inspections, and marine insurance on request.
Yes—meet us in person at our Tokyo office by appointment. Send a couple of dates/times and your topic; we’ll confirm and arrange access. If you’re abroad, we can schedule a video call.
We update at each milestone: sourcing → bid/win → export booked → shipped → arrived.
Business days, Monday to Saturday (Japan 9h to 18h /Europe time 6h-15h). For urgent events, we do our best to respond promptly.

Yes. Open a Support Ticket from your customer page (or use Live Chat/Email/WhatsApp) and include the page/URL, steps to reproduce, your device & browser, and screenshots/video. Our in‑house IT team will triage, confirm, and update you in the ticket.
Your broker handles customs/duties and port release. Collect the car or arrange onward transport after clearance.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, used vehicles are sold as-is and not returnable. Any warranty must be in writing.
We ship what we receive with the car. Extra keys/accessories can sometimes be sourced at cost.
Yes—available to customers who purchase a car through Loginet. We can supply OEM/aftermarket parts and coordinate tuning/modifications on request. RoRo generally disallows loose cargo; parts may need to be fitted or shipped in a container. Some mods may affect inspections/emissions/registration at destination—please consult your sales associate.
Yes. We can arrange short‑ or medium‑term storage and help insure the vehicle while it waits. Options include Japan export yards and, when needed, bonded storage at destination via partners. Rates are daily/weekly with handling/documentation fees where applicable; insurance per insurer terms. Access is restricted; we can request photo updates. Align storage with your import/inspection window.
On request we perform on-site checks (photos/video, paint meter, basic diagnostics, test drive where possible).
Auction sheet, photos, maintenance records (if any), and the Japanese Export Certificate (deregistration) with mileage entries.
Used vehicles are sold as-is unless a written warranty is provided. Inspections reduce risk but cannot eliminate it.
