Yes. Your customer page includes an AI translation tool that converts auction sheets into your language 24/7, so youβre never blocked by time zones. Before we place any bid, a human specialist reviews the inspection findings and critical notes to protect you and confirm red flags.
Commercial invoice, Bill of Lading (BL), Japanese Export Certificate (deregistration), and a container packing list (for container shipments). We also provide an English translation of the Export Certificate. All documents are uploaded as PDFs to your customer page (Account β Documents) as each milestone is completed. When applicable: preβshipment inspection reports, marine cargo insurance certificates (for CIF/optional insurance), and auction sheet/inspection media.
Yesβif your destination requires roadworthiness/radiation checks, we book approved agencies and provide reports.

Yesβcase by case. Tell us your dates and plan, and weβll guide you on enabling temporary road use where lawful. Eligibility depends on registration status, local rules, yard policies, and schedule. It may involve temporary permissions/plates and insurance, yard release/re-entry, and safety/compliance checks. Paperwork must be closed before export; any violations/tolls/damage are the driverβs responsibility.
Free On Board: exporter clears goods and loads them on the vessel in origin.
Roll-on/Roll-off: cars are driven on/off a specialized vessel. No loose cargo allowed.
Vehicle price + service fee + Japan inland logistics (if any) + export paperwork + ocean freight + optional marine insurance + destination port fees + customs/VAT/duty (paid locally).
We use a tailored pricing plan per customerβnot a generic price list. Your agreed plan is visible in your Account β Profile and each invoice is itemized. This flexible, transparent approach lets us offer better pricing based on your volume, sourcing channel (auction/dealer), inspection needs, logistics complexity, and currency. Fees are quoted under your chosen Incoterm (FOB/CFR/CIF); destination charges and taxes are never included.
Bank transfer (TT). Invoices commonly in JPY, USD, or EUR. No cash or crypto.
Generally no. For corporate L/C requirements, contact us to assess feasibility.
Vehicles may accrue storage/parking before export; we pass these at cost and minimize them by prompt shipping.
We sell on FOB (Japan port), CFR/CF (Cost & Freight), and CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight). Prices exclude destination port charges, customs clearance, duties/taxes, and local delivery; those are paid locally by the buyer.
RoRo is usually cheaper/faster for standard cars; containers suit high-value or multiple vehicles. We'll advise based on risk, cost, and schedules.
AsiaβEU: ~30β45 days; AsiaβUS West: ~12β18 days; US East: ~25β35 days (route/season dependent).
RoRo generally disallows loose cargo. In containers, consolidation may be possible if declared and compliant.
Yesβoptional All-Risk marine insurance available on request.
Track everything in your My Shipments page. We use 15 milestones from purchase to port release; each event is marked Completed and related documents (e.g., BL) appear in your account. We also share vessel details so you can check the live schedule on the carrierβs site or via your forwarder.
We mainly export via Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka/Kobe, and Hakata. Depending on vehicle location and vessel schedules, we may use another port to reduce inland transport or storage time.
